I’m also a visiting faculty for MSc Economics at Dr. BR Ambedkar School of Economics University, for MBA at MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, and for PGDM at Ramaiah Institute of Management Studies, Bengaluru, India

I have been engaged by a variety of B2B clients in media technology, warehousing & cold chain logistics, industrial products, education, and healthcare to design business strategies, increase sales, and improve operational efficiencies.

Independent, Non-Executive Director, Latim Metal & Industries Ltd, a listed company in the Steel, Real Estate & Hospitality business.

With in-person workshops on Behavioural Science, I’ve helped over 2,000 college students in 9 different Universities, learn how to make better decisions.

Previously

Over the past 36 years, I’ve been an Entrepreneur multiple times in a variety of domains like Enterprise IT, Media, Broadcast TV, Defence, Homeland Security, Geospatial Solutions, Plant Engineering and Retail Packaging.

In various roles, I was directly responsible for overall business, P&L, operations, manufacturing, product design, direct sales, channel sales, marketing, and social media.

Co-founded and led April Broadcast, a Media Tech start-up offering Digital Strategy and Interactive Streaming. Built the 1st Indian s/w to be approved by Facebook for FB Live streaming.

Have previously worked for Rolta India Ltd. for over 10 years, heading Business Operations, Sales and Marketing for Defence, GIS and Enterprise Digital Solutions Teams. Led a team of 300+ professionals across the country, selling solutions for Digital Transformation, Smart Cities, Crime & Criminal Tracking Networks, Homeland Safety, Utility & Communications and Enterprise Design Automation.

Have also worked with a privately owned company in the Media Technology space, selling solutions for photo and video editing. Led their Global operations and made distributors in China, Korea, Middle East, the USA, and Africa. We rebranded and repositioned the company, eventually winning the 2012 Red Herring Top 100 Asia & 2012 Red Herring Top 100 Global Awards.
