Hi, I’m Sandeep, aka That Strategy Guy.
I’ve spent 36 years in business trying to understand one deceptively simple question:
Why do people do what they do?
Behavioural Science eventually gave me a language for much of what I had spent decades observing — why customers buy, why people hesitate, why good ideas fail, and why the best argument doesn’t always convince.
Today, I write, teach, speak and podcast about those ideas — decoding complexity so people can think more clearly and make better decisions.
